Randy BerdineFounder | Co-Owner | Senior CraftsmanRandy can recall the moment he fell in love with wood. They had shop classes at his high school and he selected woodworking. He has been working with wood ever since. When he graduated high school in 1973 he joined the carpentry union. He had dabbled with furniture and cabinetry making on the side and soon discovered where his passion was. In 1980 the economy fell. Construction slowed down significantly and work became sparse. His side passion quickly became his sole focus. He shortly thereafter started his own cabinetry business. He loves the satisfaction found in a completed project. His absolute favorite aspect of his craft however is a thrilled and satisfied customer. Their joy is the end product he strives for.

Josh BerdineCo-Owner | Senior CraftsmanJosh's experience in woodworking began at an early age. He spent his childhood watching and assisting his father in the shop. When he was twenty one, he felt the strong urge to serve his country and joined the U.S. Air Force. He dedicated six years of service to his country. He spent time in Germany as well as two over seas deployments. When he left the service he enrolled in college with an interest for business. He graduated with a bachelors degree in business management. He soon found himself being drawn back to woodworking. Returning home he joined his father with the desire to advance the family business. Josh enjoys the challenge of complex designs that require creativity. His favorite part of the process is to watch the customer's reaction and the lasting relationships that form.
